Hoster Camp Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of Hoster Camp’s hosting and related services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Hoster Camp agrees to provide web hosting and related services (“Services”) to you (“Client”), subject to this TOS and any additional policies posted on our website.

2. Client Verification

To ensure security and compliance, you must:

Provide a valid email address during signup. Your account will remain inactive until the email address is verified.

Submit a valid National ID (NID), Passport, or Driver’s License when requested by Hoster Camp.

Provide proof of address (utility bill, phone bill, etc.) if required for identity confirmation or abuse investigation.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

3. Support

We offer 12/7 support through email, live chat, and ticket system. Our team is committed to providing timely assistance, but response times may vary based on ticket priority.

4. Account Setup

Accounts are set up after payment is received and the order passes fraud screening. Hoster Camp reserves the right to delay or refuse service if fraud is suspected or if required verification documents are not submitted.

5. Payments & Renewals

All services are prepaid and must be renewed before the due date to avoid service interruption.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, bank transfer, and online payment gateways (fees may apply).

Renewal notices will be sent to your verified email address. Keeping your contact details up to date is your responsibility.

Non-payment timeline:

1 Day Late: No action taken

2 Days Late: Account suspended

7 Days Late: Late fees applied

15 Days Late: Account permanently terminated

6. Refund Policy

1-Day Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund (excluding domain registration, SSL, or other third-party services).

Refunds are not provided in cases of policy violations or if services are terminated due to abuse or illegal activity.

7. Uptime Guarantee

Hoster Camp guarantees 90% uptime for shared hosting services. While we strive for maximum availability, downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

Hosting adult content, hate speech, or illegal materials

Distributing malware, spam, or phishing campaigns

Running scripts or applications that consume excessive server resources

Using shared hosting accounts as file storage or backup repositories

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account. Hoster Camp does not monitor content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any material deemed illegal, harmful, or abusive.

10. Transfers & Migration

Our migration team will assist you in moving your site to Hoster Camp on a best-effort basis. However, we cannot guarantee successful migration in all cases, especially if your previous host uses proprietary systems.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

Client-initiated cancellation: You must request cancellation via the client area or support ticket.

Hoster Camp-initiated termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, AUP violations, or fraudulent activity.

No prorated refunds will be issued for early termination unless required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hoster Camp shall not be held liable for:

Data loss (clients must maintain their own backups)

Downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits)

13. Backups

We perform routine backups for shared hosting accounts as a courtesy. However, backup integrity is not guaranteed. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own off-site backups.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data (including NID/Passport copies) will only be used for verification and legal compliance.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

15. Modification of Terms

Hoster Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barishal, Bangladesh.
