Hoster Camp agrees to provide web hosting services to the client, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Hoster Camp provides 12/7 support to all clients. This means that we are available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have during our business hours.
Hoster Camp offers a 1-day refund policy for hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first day of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
Hoster Camp guarantees 90% uptime for all hosting services. While we strive to maintain a high level of availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors outside of our control.
All new accounts are subject to approval by Hoster Camp. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
The client is solely responsible for the content they publish on their website. Hoster Camp reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any client who violates our terms of service.
All services must be paid for in advance. Hoster Camp reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, Hoster Camp will not provide a prorated refund for any unused services.
Hoster Camp is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Hoster Camp does not allow the hosting of any adult content or websites with adult themes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any client who violates this policy.
If a client fails to pay their hosting bill, Hoster Camp will suspend the account after 1 day of non-payment. If the account remains unpaid for 7 days, Hoster Camp reserves the right to terminate service.
